double size.
* Ability to resize to full size/double size/triple (or half) size
upon key presses.
* real mute support, not just setting volume to 0
* add help suboption to -lavcopts vcodec=/acodec=, -lavfopts format=,

* ability to set mplayer default/startup volume
Cleanup:
