If static libass is linked into a binary defining functions
of the same name there will be issues. To avoid this use an
ass_ prefix for namespacing.
Before this commit we already did this for most but not yet
all internal API.
read_file is renamed to ass_load_file as ass_read_file
already exists as a public API function. All other functions
are simply prefixed with ass_.

M_PI is not part of ISO C and also not part of base POSIX, but an XSI
extension. For simplicity, just always use our own macro for PI.
The value is identical to the one used in glibc and musl.

This commit removes prefilters altogether at the cost of

Check for overflows that could happen with alignment and the
multiplication. The INT_MAX / 4 is somewhat approximate and assumes that
degenerate alignment values won't happen.
This still assumes that a possibly overflowing end_w/end_h calculation
doesn't make the compiler's optimizer destroy the overflow checks.

Found by fuzzer test case id:000082,sig:11,src:002579,op:havoc,rep:8.
Correctness should be checked, but this fixes the overflow for good.

As before, this does not add any build system support:
a config.h file and a project must still be manually created
(or the compiler can be run manually instead of using a project).

This way, #include "config.h" is consistently the very
first thing the compiler sees when compiling any file.
Some source files currently don't use anything defined in config.h,
but it's easier and less error-prone to include it now to anticipate
possible future changes in those files, config.h or other headers.

That's complete version with SSE2/AVX2 assembly.
Should be much faster than old algorithm even in pure C.
