From 5c4b0c2afd4b1482d51965ad680c4676116b4bf2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Wessel Dankers Date: Wed, 1 Jun 2022 22:27:00 +0200 Subject: video/out/dither: remove custom index_t typedef Apparently _t names are reserved, and in this case it wasn't very useful anymore (it was useful while developing it, but this code is almost 10 years old now).
