vo_opengl: increase shader cache size
This is a minor precaution, because in some cases the number of shader
programs can already hit 10. (chroma merging + separated cscale/scale +
+ sub blending (interpolated) + sub blending (non-interpolated)
+ output (interpolated) + output (non-interpolated) + OSD)
