Revert OSD flicker fixes done better in another branch
Revert three commits from svn before merging other svn changes to
another branch. That branch has better fixes for these issues and the
commits would only cause conflicts.
The reverted commits are:
"Avoid flickering OSD with -vf yadif=1"
