configure: Define HAVE_BSWAP and HAVE_FAST_64BIT for FFmpeg
Set BSWAP unconditionally on x86/AMD64 (it should be available on
anything newer than a 386). HAVE_FAST_64BIT could probably be set for
more archs than this commit sets it for.
